FONDERIE VALSUANI

A foundry created at the end of the 19th century by Marcel Valsuani.
Native of Italy, he was first worker before becoming technical director at Hebrard.
One of his two sons, Claude Valsuani, established in 1909, rue des plantes, in Paris. He acquired a really good reputation, in particular for his cire-perdue founts, and works for a lot of famous artists such as Renoir, Bourdelle, Picasso, and Matisse. He also edited for Dalou, Carpeaux and Gauguin.
