BEAUTIFUL SMALL SEVRES PLATED BOX

Rare and precious round box decorated with netting in a knotted pattern and windings of golden and beaded brass strands and cords. On each of its five faces is a beautiful round plaque decorated with a cupid in polychrome painted porcelain on a sky-blue background from the Sèvres manufacture set in an oval framed with pearls.
A hinged lid opens at the top and the box is supported by four feet braided in knot patterns.
