Small LXVI coffee table by DASSON HENRY
Small rectangular Louis XVI style living room table, secret mechanism drawer opens at the waist, decorated on the front with an attribute of hunting and laurel leaves.
The body is supported by four tapered octagonal legs, and contains dark brass flutes joined by an interlacing strut and finished with toupie feet and bronze hooves. Very beautiful decoration of gilt bronze, netting, ribs and rosette and laurel ribbons.
Beige Breche marble tray inserted into a bronze ingot mould.
French work from the second half of the XIX century.
Signed on the bronze Henry Dasson and dated 1878.
